Happy New Year!

  We stand at the beginning 2022 with a clean slate, filled with promise and possibilities. Whereas many individuals usher in the new year with ambition, goals or resolutions, I prefer to mark the new year with a personal theme. 

   A singular theme allows me to approach the year with clarity and focus. It provides a touchstone that keeps me anchored and centered throughout the entire year!

   As a business owner, I am always concerned about my customers, their wants and needs. My desire has always been to provide the best scratch-made pastries and to deliver the best service too. This year my intention is go the extra mile and to be more transparent about the pastries offered to you.

   As you peruse the website you will begin to discover a new feature, an ingredient list. My goal is to disclose as much information as possible to help aid you in your decision-making and eventually share these ingredients for all available pastries. You will also find more items that meet allergen-friendly diets. As the year progresses I am committed to offer more gluten-free as well as vegan options.

   Research shows that when you make better food choices at the beginning of the day we are more likely to:
   > Stablize glucose levels
   > Boost brainpower
   > Control weight
